Scheduling
To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we do often have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible.
Health Considerations
Please inform us at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.
Arriving Late
If you are late to your appointment you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule we may ask you to reschedule your appointment for another day.
48 Hour Late Reschedule/Cancellation & No Show Policy
We value you as a client and your appointment time set aside for you is important to us. To best assist all of our clients, we do have a “no-exception” policy set in place to help avoid late reschedules or cancellations under 48hrs. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Some services require advance planning, and the opportunity to fill last minute cancellations is challenging, as most people plan for potential downtime well in advance.
No exceptions include illness/Covid, weather (non-emergency), work conflicts, unexpected personal conflicts.
In addition, after two cancellations or reschedules within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time, you will be required to place a deposit on your account to hold any future appointments and we will send you an email invoice to make the deposit. Deposits will vary based on appointment type and will be forfeited if any other cancellation within 48 hours occurs again. Unfortunately, if you no show without any communication, you will no longer be able to schedule at Spa Oro Blanco.
Spa Oro Blanco reserves the right to require a credit card for all scheduled appointments. By scheduling an appointment you are acknowledging this policy. Our booking system prompts this policy prior to scheduling any appointment, and is also stated in all appointment-reminder emails and texts.
Sick Policy
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of our employees and clients.
