We value you as a client and your appointment time set aside for you is important to us. To best assist all of our clients, we do have a "no-exception" policy set in place to help avoid late reschedules or cancellations under 48hrs. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Some services require advance planning, and the opportunity to fill last minute cancellations is challenging, as most people plan for potential downtime well in advance.
No exceptions include illness/Covid, weather (non-emergency), work conflicts, unexpected personal conflicts.
In addition, after two cancellations or reschedules within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time, you will be required to place a deposit on your account to hold any future appointments and we will send you an email invoice to make the deposit. Deposits will vary based on appointment type and will be forfeited if any other cancellation within 48 hours occurs again. Unfortunately, if you no show without any communication, you will no longer be able to schedule at Spa Oro Blanco.
Spa Oro Blanco reserves the right to require a credit card for all scheduled appointments. By scheduling an appointment you are acknowledging this policy. Our booking system prompts this policy prior to scheduling any appointment, and is also stated in all appointment-reminder emails and texts.
