Salon Etiquette and Policies


To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we do often have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible.

Health Considerations

Please inform us at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

Arriving Late

If you are late to your appointment you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule we may ask you to reschedule your appointment for another day.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations must also be made in person or via phone (612-214-4650). Less than 24 hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked service amount. No shows may be required to pay a 50% fee of the booked service amount to pre-book their next appointment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Sick Policy

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of our employees and clients.
